Late Estate Valuations
Immovable property valuations are prepared in a specific report format for late estate purposes on the date of death for immovable or movable properties.
The report may vary, but it is mainly prepared in accordance with the Administration of Estates Act, 1965, on a form that must be completed by an appraiser, professional valuer, or professional associated valuer (without restriction in this area).
An appraiser may only prepare these reports within the area of jurisdiction for which he or she has been appointed.
